At Jolia Laurie, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the terms below. This policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and shipped within the United Kingdom.

Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. To qualify, items must be in unused or like-new condition, free from visible wear, damage, or alterations, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. To start a return, please email us at info@joliaurie.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for eligible items returned within the same 30-day window. You may request a different size, colour, or variant, provided the returned item is unused and meets our return conditions. All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

Return Method

All returns are processed by mail. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return label will be sent to your registered email address. Please print and attach this label securely to your parcel, then follow the provided instructions to return your item using tracked delivery.
We are pleased to offer free return shipping within the United Kingdom, so you will not be responsible for postage fees for eligible returns.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges, as long as the items meet our return conditions and fall within the accepted timeframe.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) and issued in GBP (£) to your original payment method - such as your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, it may be sent back to you at your expense.
